- Any Items returned must be in saleable condition.
- Patterns books and Videos cannot be returned.
- Defective items can be exchanged for the same item.
- Items returned within 30 days of purchase will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Credit will be issued per your preference --- credit card refund, company check, or in-house credit.
- Items returned after 30 days will be charged a 15% restocking fee and issued an in-house credit which can be used towards future purchases – no refunds.
- Shipping charges, to and from the customer, will not be refunded or credited.
